Objectives and Background

Mane Concept is committed to providing the best personable service in a timely manner. We aim to accommodate your needs. Unfortunately when a client cancels without giving adequate notice (48 hours) prevents another client from being looked after. This booking policy and cancellation policy is used in a way of respecting the time commitment of all parties.

We are implementing a straightforward booking and cancellation policy, with clear upfront costs you may face when engaging our services.

 

2. Booking process and fee

We understand the circumstances that may arise and cause last minute no shows and cancellations however in order to secure your booking for the specific date and time slot there must be a card number inserted when the initial booking is made or a deposit may be taken over the phone for your appointment. This prevents appointment mishaps and secures your appointment.

 

3. Cancellation process and fee

We understand situations can arise in which you must cancel your appointment. Due to limited appointment availability, we request that you cancel with adequate notice. This allows us to fill that appointment, you can contact us by calling 0457344583 or emailing hello.maneconcept@outlook.com. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice from your appointment time for cancellation and if there is no prior notice or the notice given is not provided you will be charged 50% cancellation fee however if you do not show to your appointment there is a 100% fee to cover the service you were booked in for.

3.1 Late arrivals

Late arrivals can only be extended to the remainder of the scheduled appointment. If you are 20 minutes past your scheduled appointment, we will have to reschedule/cancel the appointment which may incur cancellation fee.

 

All payments must be paid in full within 4 days after invoicing.

The cancellation fee is 50% of your booked service or 100% if you NO-SHOW

The cancellation fee can be deducted from any deposit made for the appointment and future appointments.

4. PARKING

Please allow extra time for parking, sometimes our area can be quiet be busy. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to your appointment. You are welcome to park in the large car park however we prefer to keep the small car park for disability access so please respect this as it can make the world of difference to those in wheelchairs etc.
